    Set in the countryside of Leintwardine, this modern barn conversion is the perfect place to relax in and enjoy a rural retreat. The off grid, eco-conversion is thoughtfully simple and modern, to complement the beauty of its surroundings. There is an open plan living and kitchen area with sliding doors making the most of the views, at one end the modern fitted kitchen there’s an island and dining area, which makes a great social space, and perfect for entertaining or enjoying a family meal. The kitchen comes well-equipped with the usual appliances as well as an air fryer and a L’Or coffee machine. At the other end of the room, you’ll find a comfortable living area with a smart TV as well as further entertainment in the way of books and games, and sliding doors lead out to the garden. There is also a wood burner which is laid ready to light on your arrival. The accommodation is all on one level with underfloor heating throughout. There are three super king beds with one being a zip and link bed, two of which have en-suite shower rooms, and there is also a separate family bathroom.
    Jacob’s Plock is nestled in a quiet spot, just outside of the village and enjoys a peaceful and private plot in the countryside, whilst benefitting from the village amenities, a short drive or walk away. Leintwardine is a small rural village in North Herefordshire, close to Shropshire and the border of Wales, surrounded by rolling hills and countryside.
