Situated at the end of a lane, Pepper Pot Cottage is the middle section of a Grade II listed building in a beautiful quiet area of the South Downs National Park. On the ground floor it has a good sized living room with an open fire, fully-equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a cloakroom with toilet. It has a south-facing garden with a patio, garden table and barbecue for eating out, and is approached by a path which follows through to a further property. This lovely stretch of Sussex coastline features a long promenade Worthing Pier and WOW (Worthing Observation Wheel) - the new giant big wheel with fantastic long-range views along the Sussex Coast and to the South Downs. At 46 metres high it is the highest observation wheel to be placed in South East England. For other recreation ideas Splashpoint Leisure Centre is a short drive and has fantastic swimming facilities for adults and kids alike. Worthing theatres offer a wide variety of shows at a number of venues including the iconic Pavilion Theatre on the pier. A little further afield there is a huge variety in every direction.
