    The Pavilion has been carefully renovated with you in mind offering spacious living areas, sumptuous bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with all amenities including a dishwasher. Outside, the enclosed garden and terrace overlooking the equestrian arena, amongst the backdrop of the beautiful Malvern Hills, makes the perfect place to kick back and unwind with a glass of wine following a busy day’s exploration.
    The property is located in the grounds of Hillview Arena and Stables, and you are directly beside a bridle path. The owners offer riding holidays by prior arrangement. Here, your horse can be accommodated during your stay at the cottage, in the 12x12 stables or fenced turnout area. You would also have access to use of the two arenas and show jumps. If you are interested in bringing your horse along for the fun, please call the owner to discuss.

    Nestled down a tranquil private road within 5 minutes walk of the vibrant Georgian town of Bewdley with all its amenities, shops, restaurants, River Severn, Tourist Information Centre, museum, rowing, tennis, bowling, fishing clubs, Bewdley Severn Valley railway station which is just 50 yards away and West Midland Safari Park just 4 minutes drive. The Wyre Forest, with all its walks and cycle tracks, is just 7 minutes drive away.
    The Old Rope Works manufactured hand made rope and twine from 1801 to 1972. A display of its equipment and products is on display in Bewdley museum. The building has been lovingly transformed and restored into a luxurious, spacious, bright, contemporary, cosy home whilst retaining the huge character and quirkiness of the original factory. There are original beams, hard floors, bare brick walls throughout, and the working bell tower that once called in its workers.
    On the ground floor you have a contemporary kitchen with breakfast seating area and 30" TV, a dining room with the double bedroom off to the left and the luxurious bathroom off to the right, fitted with bath walk-in shower and underfloor mood lighting. On the first floor you have a spacious living room with the original bell still in the roof, double glazed sash windows and cast iron radiators, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and final single bedroom lead off from the living room. At the rear of the property, through a gated entrance is an enclosed courtyard with very high walls, ideal for children and pets alike. It features garden furniture and a gas BBQ, a real sun trap all afternoon until sunset so great to relax and dine al fresco. There is also a store off the courtyard for cycling and fishing equipment with a wash down hose outside.
    The property is in a superb location with the Severn Valley Railway 50 yards from the property and local shop, pubs and restaurant just 100 yards away. There is parking for 2 cars on the property’s private driveway.

Both feature a lovely open plan sociable living space, well-equipped kitchens and comfortable bedrooms for that perfect night’s sleep, and each property benefits from a private terrace to enjoy the warmer days sitting and relaxing or dining al fresco with a refreshing glass of wine.

    The Heart of England Forest spans over 7,000 acres and has ambitious plans to grow into a 30,000-acre contiguous native broadleaf woodland. The forest comprises a mosaic of habitats from flower-rich meadows to newly planted woodland, from ponds and other wetland areas to mature and ancient woodland. There are miles of public footpaths to explore and really discover the woodlands and getting back to nature. Walk out from the cottages straight down to the Noleham Brook and trace its path to the River Avon, following in the footsteps of otters, or wander over to Colletts Pond, teeming with a variety of bejewelled dragonflies and damselflies.

    These cottages enable visitors to access the Heart of England Forest where you may spot one of the country’s rarest butterflies such as the purple emperor, catch a glimpse of one of several IUCN Red List birds of conservation concern, or just enjoy a stroll in the adjacent woodland marvelling at the dappled sunlight on tree leaves. Whichever direction you travel, you will enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery in England. Just under a mile is the charming village of Dorsington, surrounded by rolling hills and countryside. Just over 5 miles is the edge of the Cotswolds where you can drive through quintessentially English villages in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, stopping off at various country pubs, tea rooms and independent shops.
