The property has been designed to make the most of the location and maximise the stunning views from all the main rooms. An enclosed private deck wraps around the lodge with comfortable seating for a family of six. The main living area is open plan and contemporary with industrial light fittings, a 50 inch wall mounted Smart TV and a very well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The seating is arranged to take in the views with French doors to the decking. The master bedroom also has French doors and a luxury en-suite shower room. There is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both having French doors. These are served by a stunning wet room which is also suitable for wheelchair users. Willow Lodge is dog friendly and will provide an ideal base for walking and exploring the stunning Black Isles.
Inverness, the highland capital, Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield and the beautiful coastal villages of the Moray Coast are all within a short drive. Local activities include mountain biking, golf, fishing, horse riding, walking and hill climbing to name just a few. Take a day trip to the lovely Isle of Skye and the scenic west coast or travel further north and explore the many unspoilt beaches and coastal inlets of Caithness and Sutherland. Beach 26½ miles. It enjoys a tranquil setting only a few miles from Beauly in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and without doubt, make a super base for exploring the many attractions and activities this area has to offer. The cottage has been equipped and furnished to ensure as relaxing and comfortable holiday as possible, and it has its own individual character and style. You can explore the extensive grounds of Beaufort Estate with its abundance of wildlife, idyllic picnic places and easy walking routes and also travel further afield to experience some of the stunning scenery, interesting and historic attractions and a large variety of sports.
The popular village of Beauly is only four miles and offers a very good range of shops and restaurants with Inverness, the Highland Capital, just 12 miles. You can visit Culloden Battlefield and its interactive visitor centre, Fort George, Cawdor and Brodie Castles all steeped in local history or explore the picturesque fishing villages and beaches of the stunning Moray coastline. Take a boat trip and perhaps catch sight of the famous bottlenose dolphins or go to Drumnadrochit, which is set on the shores of Loch Ness, as well as Fort Augustus, where you can watch the boats coming through the locks in the centre of the village.
Slightly further afield is the beautiful Isle of Skye and the wonderful unspoilt scenery of the West Coast where you will find some wonderful restaurants to sample to local produce particularly seafood. From Skye, you can hop on to a ferry to the Outer Hebrides – a truly unspoilt part of Scotland with its rugged landscape and sweeping white sandy beaches. A day trip to the Orkney Islands is recommended where you can visit numerous archaeological sites such as Skara Brae, the Eagles Tomb and The Ring of Brodgar to name just a few. For the energetic and outdoor enthusiast, there are numerous mountain bike and forest trails, walking and climbing in the nearby glens of Strathfarrar, Cannich and Affric, golf with a large number of acclaimed courses such as the Royal Dornoch and Castle Stuart within easy reach. Cruives Lodge is located in a quiet location on the banks of the River Beauly and is perfect for a large family holiday, with every room providing ample space for everyone to enjoy. Walking through the front door takes you into a spacious reception area, directly in front of you is large living room with comfy sofas, TV and patio door out to the garden with its breath-taking views and sounds of the river.
The huge dining room features a large table with 18 dining chairs, and boasts amazing views of the river. Through the hall is the fully equipped kitchen, with centre island and Range master cooker. There is a large rod and boot room for drying coats and footwear after a busy day exploring the area. Leading off from here is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, alongside a small cloakroom.
The property boasts six spacious double bedrooms, five of which have their own en-suite (an en-suite bedroom is located on the ground floor, ideal for those with mobility issues). The sixth bedroom is located next to the family bathroom.
Outside there is parking for six vehicles and to the front of the property is a seating area with table and chairs and a brick barbecue. The property has direct access on to the river with no secure barriers, so please be aware of this if your booking includes young children.
Cruives Lodge is located approximately 1 mile from the village of Beauly, which has a selection of local shops including a butchers and bakery, cafés, restaurants and bars. There are many lovely walks in the area, and you can take in the beautiful scenery directly from the lodge. Inverness City is 20 minutes away and offers something for everyone. There are four golf courses nearby, one of which is Castle Stuart which has hosted The Scottish Open. Enjoy fishing in the River Ness, visit the Eden Court Theatre, take in a film at the cinema, or spend a day at the trampoline park or the Aquadome.

Dornie Lodge is located in a rural, peaceful location just a short drive from Beauly, Inverness and Loch Ness. The lodge is one of six privately owned properties on a former small private park. The town of Beauly is 4 miles away where you will find a selection of restaurants, cafeés and bars. There is also a supermarket, butchers shop, gourmet eat-in/takeaway deli and a convenience store. The city of Inverness and Loch Ness are both 15 miles away where you will find local amenities and tourist attractions including Eden Court Theatre.
All rooms are on the ground floor, with a wide door and ramp access. The main living area is open plan with a wood burner, dining area with table and four chairs with views over the surrounding woodlands. There are two bedrooms, one kingsize and one double, both with wardrobe and bedside table. A wet room completes the accommodation. Osprey Lodge is situated in an elevated position, deep in the Sutherland hills, tucked away down a private track, and enjoying unbelievable views across the surrounding hills and open countryside. This superb, detached solid wood lodge enjoys total peace and privacy, set in 50 hectares of croft land. The accommodation is presented to a very good standard throughout. The delightful open plan living space features a welcoming wood burner in the living area, as well as patio doors that open onto the raised decking, with a private hot tub and sitting-out area. There are two beautifully presented kingsize bedrooms with colour coordinated soft furnishings allowing for a good nights’ sleep. This property is very accessible for wheelchair users, with a level entrance and modern bathroom with a claw-footed bath and accessible wet room walk-in shower.

Situated on a working farm where the friendly cattle and sheep roam freely, this is a haven for wildlife and you may also stumble upon osprey, deer, pine martin, red kites, golden eagles and curlews. Whilst completely private, it is just over 1 mile to the pretty stone village of Rogart which is home to a thriving village pub that serves meals, as well as a shop, post office and railway station. It is ideally located for exploring the whole of the Highlands, with many places of interest within a short drive. Dunrobin Castle, seat of the Duke of Sutherland, with its gardens modelled on Versailles is well worth a visit. Or experience salmon leaping up the famous Falls of Shin, and mountain biking, hill walking, fishing, and various water sports are all available locally. The historic seaside town of Dornoch is just 15 minutes’ drive away, where you can visit the sandy beach and the renowned championship golf course, as well as the 12th-century cathedral that dominates the central square.
