They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.

The nearby market town of Louth, with many good pubs, tea rooms and restaurants to enjoy refreshments in, is only a short drive or taxi ride away and is ideal for those looking for a good meal in the evening after a day exploring this fabulous area. This superb barn conversion is fully equipped to a high standard and set only 6 miles from Grantham, the A1 and main line to London, providing an excellent base to relax in and explore this area of Lincolnshire. There is plenty to see and do such as a visit to the National Trust at Belton House. Burghley International Horse Trials are also close by. There are excellent golf courses throughout the area with Belton Park less than 2 miles away. Lincolnshire is known as Bomber County and RAF Cranwell is about a 15-minute drive.
