Oak Cottage is a unique two bedroom bungalow located in the heart of our gorgeous courtyard which is shared with five other cottages. This cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Lincolnshire countryside. Oak has a generous sized open plan living area with flat screen TV, which contains a six seater dining table and overlooks a fully fitted solid oak kitchen. The kitchen is finished to a high standard with quality appliances and everything else you may need to create a home from home experience. Th first bedroom comes equipped with a comfy super kingsize bed in an ample sized bedroom, along with a well-equipped en-suite bathroom made up of a bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom two is another spacious bedroom which contains twin beds with an en-suite shower room with a power shower and toilet.
As you exit the cottage you will see that the laundry room is located in the middle of the courtyard, perfect for those staying for a long period of time or even those here for a short break and want to escape all of the washing when they get home!
