    Nestled quietly behind a peaceful residential street, Seal Pup is a detached property is just ½ mile from the beach and seafront, with its own private parking. Seal Pup is a beautiful, bright, and airy home with practical open plan living space complete with a fabulous kitchen and downstairs shower room. The comfy reclining lay Z boy sofas are lovely to snuggle down in. Our downstairs twin bedroom is off the main living area. Upstairs, via the open tread spiral staircase there is a spacious double bedroom with Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. Outside, you will find the fully paved enclosed garden, which has a table and chairs for four people, as well as a loveseat which is the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine after a day out exploring the local area.
    Seal Pup has lots of little touches - its own range of crockery is lovely to find in the cupboard! The shed is stacked with beach equipment, body boards, buckets, and spades - also a trolley to take it all to the beach. Dogs are welcome in the property - there is a comfy dog bed provided and a large crate can be found under one of the single beds.
    The picturesque old fishing village of Sheringham and makes a fantastic base for a coastal break. Close by are good restaurants, shops, pubs, tea rooms and craft shops, as well as the Splash swimming pool, two museums and the North Norfolk Steam Railway, known as the ‘Poppy Line’. Sheringham has a busy list of activities throughout the year with a Viking Festival, 1940’s weekend, Vintage 60’s festival and fantastic Carnival week.
    Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall both nearby National Trust properties are a must for dog walkers, nature lovers and ramblers, and during late Spring, they are awash with colour from the rhododendrons.
