Cuil Park Cottage is a stylish three bedroomed cottage boasting two beautiful living rooms, two modern bathrooms and a lovely kitchen/dining room, the perfect recipe for a tranquil family holiday. For those that like to explore either on foot or bike the property is located on the Threave Estate walks, taking you straight into stunning traffic free walks and paths around the Threave Estate or into Castle Douglas itself. There are number of cafés, pubs, and restaurants to enjoy a meal in, as well as excellent butchers and food shops for you to sample the local produce.

Kipp Away is delightful with its large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space, with tasteful décor, comfy sofas, and patio doors opening onto the decking, with outdoor furniture and views of the Galloway Hills in the distance. Quietly set on the park, Kipp Away is a short stroll from the delightful small seaside of Kippford which has one or two ’cockleshell’ beaches. There are numerous walks and coastal paths in and around the village. A particular spectacular walk is along the National Trust path to Rockcliffe where there is a sandy beach. Walk there and back and enjoy a meal or drink in one of the two excellent seafront pubs in Kippford.
