    Entering via a metal side gate up a flight of steep stairs, you arrive to the lower deck, perfect for people watching or enjoying the summer sun. Enter directly into the kitchen/dining area where you are welcomed to a large space for the whole family to enjoy their evening meal or breakfast with views across the River Yeo and park. The kitchen is fitted with double electric oven, gas hob, integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and is also decorated at christmas with garlands above the top cabinets, festive bunting and fair lights. Stepping through the wooden double doors is where you are greeted to the fanatic theme of Christmas all year, not just in December.
