Inside, the space is all on one level and boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting area with wood burner, and a dining space. Beyond the living area is a spacious double bedroom with a roll top bath and views over the private garden, plus an en-suite shower room. The eco-friendly structure is grass covered, helping retain heat absorbed throughout the day, and the glass side overlooking the garden faces south capturing the sun. To top it up, the property benefits from a wood burner and electric radiators powered partially by the hydroelectric plant on site.

Decking surrounds the south side which includes a spring fed, plant filtered plunge pool - perfect for a dip after warming up in the log fired sauna where you can enjoy views down the river.
