Bedrooms & Suites

The site features 5 Yurts and 1 Cabin, all traditional in design with a modern twist and come in a range of sizes perfect for couples, groups and Fido too! The Yurts sleep up to 4 people comfortably, and the Cabin sleeps 4-6. Willow Yurt is extra special with it's own bath - so please let us know on enquiry if you want that extra luxury! With no electricity, you are truly at one with nature. Each site has a fabulous woodburner for you and your four-legged friend to cosy up beside.

Birch Yurt

Birch Yurt is the first in a series of beautiful tents hidden away in the woodland grounds of Adhurst. Visit in Spring and you'll find yourself surrounded by blooming bluebells. Head there in Autumn, and you and your dog can laze by the fire pit. A large comfy bed, plenty of blankets and more spare firewood than you could shake a stick at add to the hygge feel of this beautiful yurt. With a cabana-style kitchen, fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils, and has two spare beds under the bedstead, so is great for 4-people families and their four-legged friend.

Chestnut Yurt

Chestnut Yurt is the most intimate and cosy space at Adhurst. Chestnut faces onto spectacular ancient woodland, and the view from the lozenge-shaped window is charming. It also features a hammock attached to two majestic chestnut trees – hence the name – whose nuts you can collect if visiting in Autumn. Entirely private with a large safari-style kitchen, there is a spare single underneath the double so children can be accommodated, but Adhurst recommend this romantic petaway for couples and their canine!

Redwood Yurt

The newest Yurt at Adhurst, Redwood Yurt one of the roomiest in the collection. It's stuffed with wonderful textiles and a big blanket box full of spare woollen blankets. There are two adult size camp beds underneath the double bedstead and it's been known to fit three camp beds in while still being roomy. Your wood burner is stocked with a supply of chopped firewood, and your fully-equipped kitchen, shower and privy are a stone's throw away.

Rother Yurt

Named after the river that runs through Adhurst, the Rother Yurt is another private corner of the grounds. A private kitchen, small seating area and a privy shared between you and Willow Yurt. Your dog will love the easy access to the river, and you'll love your woodland escape!

Willow Yurt

Midnight hot baths surrounded by solar fairy lights and candles are what’s extra special about Willow. Perfect for both honeymooners and also couples with a baby or dog, Willow stands alone with its own entrance drive and bonfire area. Willow is actually two yurts in one – an 18′ yurt with an internal door leading into a 10′ bathing yurt with hot running water!

The Cabin

Part treehouse, part woodland cottage, The Cabin is a majestic stay in the heart of Adhurst. With a large double bed on the ground floor, there's a mezzanine-style level above that can be accessed by the remains of a cherry tree within the cabin itself! Out on the veranda is a full kitchen, with a private shower deck and privy for those staying in The Cabin. The space can easily house 6 people (although you'll need two sleeping bags for the camping beds) and one or two dogs as well!
