This apartment is on the 3rd floor and is serviced via a lift, however, there may be times when the lift is out of order, so please be mindful of this ahead of booking if you are unable to manage stairs. There is a security deposit of £500 at this property.. Crest Court is situated directly opposite one of Newquay’s wonderful sandy beaches, Towan Beach, where you will also find the Blue Reef Aquarium. The views are fantastic, with Watergate Bay in the distance and the harbour and Fistral to your left.
The apartment is within walking distance of the town centre if you enjoy the bustle of a popular Cornish seaside resort - you can have the best of both worlds! The property is located 1½ miles from Fistral Beach and 1 mile from Lusty Glaze.
The property is accessed by a keypad entry system with access from the front and rear. There is an internal courtyard on the ground floor, a cycle/surfboard store and an outdoor shower for all those who love surfing and the beach! There is also a separate bin store which guests have access to on the ground floor.
The lift or stairs will take you to the third floor where you will find the apartment, and it also comes with allocated parking to the front of the building.
Internally the apartment is bright and thoughtfully furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind. The apartment has two bedrooms consisting of a double room with en-suite shower room and a twin room, with separate family bathroom. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is ideal for socialising with a 65" Smart TV and plenty of seating, so you can have that near cinema experience if you don’t fancy going out. The light and airy kitchen is newly fitted, whilst the living area has panoramic sea views over Towan beach.
A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
