About this property

A traditional farm cottage which has been lovingly restored and updated to provide characterful accommodation for up to six people and their dogs. The newly fitted kitchen contains induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The cosy sitting room boasts a lovely open fireplace and unspoilt views over farmland towards ancient Hayley Wood. There is a good sized dining table and a large, comfortable sofa bed which sleeps two adults. Upstairs are two attractive bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a modern shower room with w/c and washbasin. With ample gardens for you and your furry family members to enjoy there is access to a hot tub for any humans wishing to take a dip. It also makes a wonderful base for you and your pet to explore the Cambridgeshire countryside. With an abundance of beautiful fields and local woods, punt along the River Cam and visit the lovely grounds of Wimpole Estate, all with your hound in tow. Situated on the farm in its own cottage style garden and set well back from the road with ample parking, Apple Cottage is the perfect country retreat for couples or families.
