Dog-Friendly Nearby

Walk with your dog from Seahouses to Bamburgh - it's a 5 KM walk with the path running along the beach and the castle making a wonderful backdrop for the duration of the walk. It's a nice flat easy path with a short climb up to the Castle. There are also lovely sand dunes wildflowers and great views over to the nearby Farne Islands. Take a trip to Holy Island and drive to the charming coastal village of Alnmouth - just a 30-minute drive. There are wonderful walks around the village and onto the gorgeous sandy beach. Stop for lunch at the dog-friendly Sun pub or coffee and tea at the dog-friendly Old School Gallery.
