It is situated in the Cumbrian Mountains and it is always wise to check the Met Office mountain forecast before setting out. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Open fire in living room (initial fuel inc.) Heating is included. There is a communal biomass boiler which is on a timer. In high summer the boiler is generally turned off and the property is heated by Aga and open fire but should you require heating please contact the caretaker before arrival.
