The excellent dog-friendly village pub next door serves real ales and home-cooked food, and is definitely worth a visit, especially if you fancy a break from cooking. The southern tip of the Malvern Hills is just a short drive away, offering hundreds of miles of footpaths and bridleways, all within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The northern edge of the beautiful Forest of Dean is within easy reach and offers many activities for guests wishing to enjoy the outdoors. Located on the border between Gloucestershire and Herefordshire there are a variety of towns and villages to suit all tastes including Tewkesbury, Cheltenham Spa, Gloucester, Hereford and Ledbury.
