New to the pub is a glass eatery, which wraps itself around the rear of the pub, filling the colourful, vibrant interiors with light and air. With original features including exposed beams, warm oaks and open fires, these finishes are paired with bold modern prints adding shots of colour and texture. Nature lovers may be interested to know that the Great Wilbraham common is one of the largest areas of species-rich grassland in the country. This is a great place for your dog to play. The hotel provides a map of local walks including the Wellington Boot Wander - a circular walk which takes two and a half hours to the Fleam Dyke, the remains of an Anglo-Saxon earthworks that formed part of the East Anglia defences in the fifth century.
