The 4-bedroom Stable Park was originally built in 1873 for the Estate’s Head Gardner. It has since been lovingly restored and completely remodelled to provide incredible comfort to guests and their four-legged friends. Stable Park will immerse you in the estate’s history, with an interior design featuring original furniture and art from Old Penicuik House.
The ground floor features a spacious open plan with underfloor heating, keeping you cosy and warm during the colder months. On the first floor, you will find two large en-suite master bedrooms, as well as two double bedrooms - where one can become a twin, and a generous family bathroom.
The garden features an extensive lawn, a fireside dining terrace with a Big Green Egg barbecue, and a secluded cedar hot tub where you can unwind in tranquillity. Stable Park house is just a stone’s throw from Eastlin and Westlin, the quirky one-bedroom lodge gate houses. This allows larger groups to visit and stay within their own space.
