There are some amazing walks in and around the Dedham Vale including The Box Valley walk - an easy walk which takes you along a section of the Stour Valley Path returning through the grounds of Tendring Hall Park. Or take a circular walk from the village of Dedham to the site of Constable's most famous painting at Flatford Mill. This circular walk continues into the countryside to the south of Flatford before returning to Dedham. There is fabulous scenery with a lovely riverside stretch along the Stour and great views of the Dedham Vale AONB throughout.
