About this property

A spacious semi-detached bungalow, situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac just a short walk from the seaside village of Deganwy with its marina and railway station. With a small selection of independent shops and various places to eat, and Llandudno and Conwy just a couple of miles away, this cottage is a perfect base for families or friends looking to make the most of the stunning North Wales coastline. This cottage is well-presented with a spacious sitting room with plenty of comfy sofas, with the added benefit of recliners in front of a welcoming fire, making a great place to relax after a full day out and about exploring the area. The kitchen has a good-sized dining table and chairs, making a great social space to prepare and enjoy some good home-cooked food. There are two nicely-presented bedrooms with a separate wet room. Outside there are plenty of lawned gardens with patios to the front and rear, with the extra benefit of the rear being enclosed, making it a great place for the kids to let off some steam. Why not enjoy some alfresco dining, or even just a glass of something chilled, whilst enjoying the last of the evening sun? Take a visit to Llandudno where you can stroll along its Victorian pier and promenade or take the Great Orme tramway or cable car to the summit and enjoy some of the most spectacular views of this beautiful coastline. For something a little different visit the majestic medieval town of Conwy with its medieval castle and attractive harbour, also home to the Smallest House in Britain. The Snowdonia National Park, Llyn Peninsula and the wonderful Isle of Anglesey are all within easy reach too, offering endless opportunities for exciting days out. Whatever you decide to do, Cwtch Two provides an ideal base for a holiday to discover all that North Wales has to offer
