Located in the heart of the market town of Ledbury and central to its history, the dog friendly Feathers Hotel is a traditional coaching Inn offering a cosy stay in truly unique surroundings. The building, dating back to 1564, is a Tudor timber frame in traditional black and white behind which you’ll find a pretty courtyard, comfortable rooms and a welcoming team to ensure you have a wonderful stay with your four legged friend!
The bar and restaurant serves a locally sourced menu inspired by the changing seasons. You’re welcome to dine with your dog in the bar for your meals or, if the weather is warm enough, take a table in the courtyard and soak up the atmosphere.
All of the rooms at The Feathers have been recently refurbished with the large and luxurious superior rooms offering a little extra space, which can be handy when you’re travelling with your dog.
The locale is perfect for exploring the three counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire with many areas of outstanding natural beauty within easy reach. You’re on the doorstep of The Malvern Hills, great for dog walks in nature and exploring the castle at Eastnor.

Ledbury is on the edge of the Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with wonderful hills and walks for you and your pet where it can run off the lead. Expect fantastic views and many different routes from circular walks to more challenging strenuous hill walks depending on how active you want to be. Visit dog-friendly Eastnor Castle, one of the very few castles where your dog is welcome in the castle itself as well as the grounds. It is surrounded by a beautiful deer park, arboretum and lake. Dogs are allowed in the tea room for a welcome rest after a great day out!
