With spectacular views of the surrounding landscape of Perthshire, the views will keep you and your dog relaxed throughout your stay. The hotel’s amazing location opens it up to an abundance of fantastic dog walking trails, from secluded valleys with rushing burns to the wide-open spaces atop the hills. The Four Seasons Hotel prides itself on being a true doggie wonderland. Here you will find a hidden gem, with pet-loving staff and the perfect spot for a fabulous break for you and your furry friend.

Dine with Your Dog

You can dine with your dog in the bar area or (if you pre-book) the hotel can set you up in the sofa area of the Bistro. The hotel offers contemporary Scottish cooking at both its restaurants. Enjoy a light lunch or supper in the Tarken Bistro or for a more formal affair, dine in the 2AA rosette Meall Reamhar Restaurant. All the dishes are made using only the best ingredients from Scotland’s natural larder. They even offer a special canine menu that boasts gourmet Pedigree dog bites, as well as a variety of Bakers dried dog food. Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you at the bar for a digestif after dinner.

Bedrooms & Suites

All 12 bedrooms and six chalets are dog-friendly at The Four Seasons Hotel. Ranging from Classic Doubles to Four Poster Rooms, all the bedrooms in the main hotel have en-suite bath/shower rooms and will suit couples as well as families. If you and your furry friend prefer more privacy, the wooden chalets are ideal! Set on a sheltered wooded hillside behind the hotel, all the chalets come with either a double or twin bedroom and a smaller bunk room for two. They also have their own en-suite bath/shower rooms.

Four Poster Room

There are two four-poster rooms at The Four Seasons, both luxurious but different. Room 19 is a loch-facing four poster en-suite bedroom. A strong solid oriental teak bed, swathed in soft floating white cotton. It, like many bedrooms, enjoys uninterrupted views down the length of Loch Earn. The over-sized bathroom here enjoys a deep bath and shower. Room 23 is a hillside facing four-poster suite. Oval in shape, the canopied four-poster takes centre stage in the room. With a feature alcove dressing table, the suite also has it’s own dressing room as well as a generously proportioned bathroom. Both four-posters benefit from oversized fluffy white bathrobes. Both offer TV, Bose radio and CD player, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms offer luxury Scottish brand toiletries – Arran Aromatics.

Superior Room

Superior rooms are generously spacious and mostly situated at the front of the hotel, where they command a gorgeous view of Loch Earn. All our rooms come with TV, Bose radio and CD player, direct-dial telephone hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite bath/shower rooms.

Woodland Chalets

Family friendly woodland chalets come with a master double or twin bedroom and a second room with either a single or twin bunk-beds. Children and young people (and those young at heart!) love the idea of living in a log cabin and getting back in touch with nature. All the log cabins come with TV, radio and CD player, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite bath/shower rooms.

Vivaldi's Apartment

Vivaldi Apartment is self-catering accommodation, with a sitting room that enjoys views across the marina at Loch Earn. It offers one double and one twin room, with a family bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings include TV, central heating and all linen. Guests are able to enjoy the hotel’s facilities including the Meall Reahmar and Tarken and there is a personal laundry service available for a minimum charge. For the sports enthusiast, Loch Earn Watersports Centre is a stroll, swim or canoe away!

Dog-Friendly Nearby

If you are visiting in May, the hotel organises the very popular K9 5k fun walk hosted by Finn the resident labrador in aid of Dogs for the Blind. For the rest of the year, the hotel will provide maps and walking guides for the many walks around Loch Earn, or venture further afield for walks in Comrie and Crieff.
