About this property

In the gorgeous village of Upper Slaughter, dog-friendly Lords of the Manor Hotel in Gloucestershire is an award-winning hotel housed in a beautiful former rectory of honey-coloured stone. Set in eight acres of landscaped gardens and rolling parkland, this elegant, historic building offers guests with four-legged friends a timeless countryside escape with wonderful Cotswolds walks to enjoy. The hotel has style and character, luxurious furnishings throughout, cosy log fires and exquisite dining. If you and your furry friend are looking to explore as well as relax and indulge, you’ve found the perfect place!

Dine with Your Dog

Dogs are welcome to dine with you in the bar and lounges where you can take a light lunch, afternoon tea or choose from the à la carte menu during dinner. If you would rather dine in one of the two restaurants you may leave your dog in the room. Renowned as a gourmet dining destination, Lords of the Manor offers a choice of two dining experiences. The elegant Atrium showcases 3 AA rosette fine dining with an exquisite eight-course tasting menu. The Dining Room offers a less formal dining environment for guests wishing to have great food from a choice à la carte menu. Head Chef Charles Smith uses the highest quality ingredients, sourced locally where possible, to create delicious, elegant dishes while the restaurant’s sommelier will help you select the perfect wine to accompany your meal.

Bow wow factor

Furry guests will be provided with beds and treats in the room on arrival, and can enjoy some of the finest Cotswold short walks straight from the hotel!
