Dog-Friendly Nearby

You can walk along the lawn and directly into town or to the beach. Walk along the John Muir Trail which passes some amazing beaches including nearby Yellowcraig and the Bents of Gullane. Yellowcraig has miles of sand surrounded by forest and grassland with views to the island of Fidra - Robert Louis Stevenson’s inspiration for Treasure Island. Another lovely dog-friendly walk is a moderately challenging route which takes you to the top of the old volcanic plug, known as Berwick Law.
