Mountain Edge Resort is a family-run business nestled in the heart of Shropshire’s Area of outstanding natural beauty. Located near the charming town of Church Stretton, you are close to some of the country’s finest enchanting market towns and picturesque villages. The name ‘Mountain Edge’ comes from the fact the Long Mynd translated means long mountain and the resort is on the edge of that.

Just a five-minute drive away, the historic market town of Church Stretton, known as ‘Little Switzerland,’ boasts stunning natural beauty with the renowned Carding Mill Valley offering well-marked cross-country routes for hiking, horse riding, and mountain biking. The Long Mynd, rising above Church Stretton, is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with its dog-friendly walking trails and guided tours. A short drive away, Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site features the picturesque Severn Valley for leisurely walks with your dog, and the nearby town of Much Wenlock is rich in Olympic history.
