About this property

Dog-friendly The Moonraker in Wiltshire is a Grade II listed building outside of Bradford-Upon-Avon and close to historic Bath Spa. It is a quirky, old-world escape which has recently been fully restored to its former glory. The 16th-century drawing room offers an ideal place to relax and unwind with a book, while the walled garden provides a scenic escape with a hidden pond and secret paths that lead to bee hives and wild gardens, perfect for your pooch to play. After the resident pooch, Camber has shown you to your room, head to the charming bar to unwind where you will find wood beams, old beer barrel tables and delicious local ales.

Dine with Your Dog

Dine with your dog in the lounge area or bar, and if you wish to leave your dog in the room, eat at the Milking Parlour Bar & Restaurant, which offers mouthwatering dishes created by Head Chef Matthew Briddon, who has previously worked at the River Café and Paul Heathcotes. Briddon has brought his wealth of experience to the restaurant, creating a menu of unique farmhouse dining using local ingredients, including an extensive kitchen garden and on-site smokery. If you prefer to put your feet up, the hotel’s room service has been described as “simply unbeatable” by foodie blogger Michelle Minnaar.

Bow wow factor

Camber the hotel dog will be on hand to help pets settle in and make sure they have their own dog bed, toys and bowls!
