Plenty of public footpaths give you the opportunity to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside from your doorstep or take a short drive to one of the fantastic local country parks. Cycling is popular in the area, try a trail starting at Doddington Hall then enjoy a cup of tea and some famous Lincolnshire plum bread in the cafe before stocking up at the farm shop. Discover pubs in the surrounding villages for some delicious meals out or try locally brewed beer and even artisan bread baked to order, the Dambusters at nearby Scampton is filled with RAF memorabilia from the Second World War.
