The corner booth with pretty cushions and cottage style table, is a wonderful place to sit and take time over breakfast and a morning coffee, while planning the day ahead.

The cupboards are stocked with all the equipment you’ll need during your stay, complete with a Tassimo coffee maker for your morning coffee. Set in breathtaking Nidderdale, this property is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and for the outdoor enthusiast, there are no limits to the number of cycling trails and walking routes. The Three Peaks of Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent draw in climbers and trekkers from all across the world. To enjoy a more leisurely pace, take a walk around nearby Gouthwaite Reservoir for some spectacular waterside views. Following the success of the Tour de France Grand Depart in 2014, Yorkshire is renowned for its annual cycling event, the Tour de Yorkshire, and welcomes many cyclists to the area. The famous cycling challenge, the Cote de Lofthouse, starts its ascent right behind the cottage.
No trip to this corner of Yorkshire would be complete without a day out in the Victorian Spa town of Harrogate which is just over 16 miles away. This elegant town is bursting at the seams with antique shops, cafés, independent boutiques and restaurants, and of course the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms. Shop 8 miles, pub and restaurant 150 yards.
