Very comfortable and quiet stay with most helpful staff.
See above.
Lovely hotel and location
Balcony room was lovely and the location over looking the lake was excellent.
The staff at reception on arrival and leaving were very dismissive and aloof.
On check out no small talk did you have a nice stay etc. Training required in this area.
Food was excellent my steak was perfect. Even though a bit on the pricey side 38 and 11 for a dessert.
Otherwise would recommend if you re visiting the area lovely place to stay. It was a shame the pool was closed for refurbishments.
Lovely rooms and restaurant but very noisy
We treated ourselves to a night here just before Christmas, we ve stayed here previously and loved it then. We opted for a lake view room with dinner, the service at main reception was quick, they were ready for us and so it only took a few minutes to get our key. The rooms are lovely, shower wasn t the best pressure but nice rooms with a great view.
We got emailed the menu prior to our visit as it was the festive menu and I emailed back the choices as requested. When we sat down we were told our request wasn t received and they didn t have recorded of the drinks included in the package we booked, slightly annoying.
We were also placed in the room next too a Christmas party or two, now I m not one to stop people having fun but they were extremely loud, shouting and slamming doors etc in the middle of the night but we paid a lot of money to stay here for a relaxing night and we were kept up all night. It would have been nice to be kept away from them and it would have been better.
Breakfast was great, so much choice and loads of space for us to eat.
