Accessed via a private driveway and offering ample off-road parking, Saddlers benefits from a ramp entrance and level access throughout the property, making it suitable for assisted wheelchair users along with wide doorways, a wide hallway and low threshold patio doors throughout, all accessed by a ramp. Travel across the large lawned garden before entering the property, admiring the lovely seating area and wrap-around wooden decking, home to a private hot tub for perfect evenings relaxing under the stars. The open-plan living room boasts sliding patio doors that span the length of the property, illuminating the space with natural light, fresh air on a sunny day, and showcasing the best of the countryside view. Delight in a stroll and visit The Harecastle Tunnel, a canal tunnel on the Trent and Mersey Canal between Kidsgrove and Tunstall - The tunnel, which is 1.6 miles (2.6 km) long was once one of the longest in the country; Enjoy the whole walk which is 3.5 miles long point-to-point. The Mersey Canal passes through the market town of Stone, well known for its excellent food and drink - Take time to capture the atmosphere of the monthly Farmers' Market, which is held on the first Saturday of every month; Also worth a visit is the annual Autumn Food & Drink Festival, which takes place in Westbridge Park.
