History: A hidden treasure with influences from renowned architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, The White House was built as a summer villa before the First World War. The property incorporates designs from Lutyens' work on Papillon Hall in Leicestershire, reflecting the elegance of Edwardian exuberance.

About The White House: Experience large and beautifully presented accommodation spread over two floors. This unique villa is not only a delightful space for entertaining but also offers comfort for family gatherings. Most principal rooms boast splendid garden views, and the Master Bedroom suite provides glimpses of the harbour.

The Ground Floor: Enjoy plenty of entertaining space and comfortable rooms, including a large, impressive drawing room with an open fire and garden views. For a more intimate setting, there's a cosy snug with a television. The well-equipped kitchen features a large dining area seating sixteen, ideal for family meals or catering to a crowd. The multi-purpose pantry serves as a boot room with ample storage, housing a wine fridge and ice maker. The utility area includes a washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge. A shower room and cloakroom are also available on this level. Two double bedrooms, the Garden Room and Vendee Globe, are located on the ground floor, both with king-sized beds and one featuring a study space with garden views. The loggia offers an alternative dining area with direct garden access, perfect for evening summer gatherings. Additionally, there's a gun cupboard available on request.

First Floor: Ascend either of the two staircases to find six bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. The America's Cup suite is a stunning, spacious bedroom with a super king bed, two sofas, and garden views. Admiral's Cup boasts a king-sized bed and a freestanding bath, romantically raised on a dais. Other rooms include Fastnet (twin), Antigua & Round the Island (king size beds), and Sydney Hobart (large room with 4 single beds).

The Garden: Enclosed by white-rendered walls, the private garden features plenty of furniture for outdoor dining and a large lawn, perfect for games and relaxation.
