A Grade II listed building, lovingly refurbished into a boutique hotel that sits along the River Avon in the centre of Bradford on Avon is dog-friendly Timbrell’s Yard in Wiltshire. The hotel itself is a fabulous place to just eat, drink, walk and sleep with your hound in tow, and Bradford on Avon has a wealth of boutique shops and cultural activities to enjoy. For more adventurous pooches, there are some wonderful river walks to take. After a day of doggie adventures, relax on the hotel terrace with a cool drink and doggie treats, whilst you both admire the gardens of Holy Trinity Church opposite.

Dine with Your Dog

Furry friends can dine with you in the lovely bar area, which overlooks the river and is open all day for eating and drinking. The full restaurant menu is available which changes constantly and includes simple fresh dishes created using local suppliers. The bar itself offers a fantastic range of beer and wine, as well as freshly made cakes, snacks, coffee and tea.

All 17 of the beautiful en-suite bedrooms are dog-friendly. Individually styled, the rooms all include quirky decorative finds, vintage treasures and traditional features. Each room has a Smart TV, Pure radio, free Wi-Fi, freshly ground coffee and tea-making facilities, hairdryers and a small stash of sugary treats. Cots or z-beds for children can be accommodated in the Large or Mezzanine Rooms.
