Prestatyn town centre is within walking distance, with its shops, restaurants and pubs, and there are some lovely walks from the property itself. The Clwydian Hills are nearby, whilst the historic city of Chester, the market town of Mold and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno are all within easy reach. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Access to property is via a sloping path from the parking area down to the property. This property may be considered unsuitable for the less mobile.
