Also, just a few miles from the South Coast, the cottages' idyllic situation offers the opportunity to explore a wide variety of activities from glorious country walks and farmer’s markets to coastal strolls and water sports. Sundew is a three-bedroom centre cottage with fabulous panoramic views across the countryside to the Isle of Wight and a fabulous hot tub in the garden. Sundew is designed in a clean contemporary style and finished to an excellent standard. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay a real home from home including welcome packs for four and two-legged guests, a basket of wood for the wood burner and a TV in every room.

Dine with Your Dog

For delicious meals in with your canine companion, there is large open-plan dining living area with luxurious furnishing and oak floors with underfloor heating. The extendable oak dining table can seat up to 12 people and there is a cosy wood burner for the colder months. In warmer months, you can enjoy a barbecue in the charming enclosed patio garden. If you prefer not to cook, there is also the option to have delicious home-cooked meals prepared especially for you, and ready and waiting for when you arrive. For those extra special occasions, Wallops Wood Cottages will arrange a chef to come to your cottage to prepare a really fabulous meal. For the romantics, the cottage organisers will even provide flowers and chocolates. If you want to dine out with your pooch there are a number of dog friendly places close by. The Hurdles Bar & Restaurant offers a varied menu of home-cooked seasonal dishes and is less than a five-minute drive from the cottage. A little further on, head to The Brickmakers in Swanmore, where resident dog Rosie loves to welcome canine dinner guests in the bar.
