Situated on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk, this cottage is located on its own island, alongside the imposing Grade II, beautifully-restored Mill House dating from 1750. There is a small shower room located just inside the main door, perfect for cleaning up after a day walking or even swimming or kayaking on the river. If you can tear yourself away from this very special location you are perfectly located for exploring the wonderful Suffolk Heritage Coast, North Suffolk villages and in to Norfolk with the popular Norfolk Broads. The area of the beautiful Norfolk /Suffolk countryside is perfect for dog walking with numerous mapped out walks along the riverside.
