Despite its name, Wilderness Reserve is less rough country and more Downton Abbey! The Cartshed features four en-suite bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people. Each comes complete with king-size Hypnos beds, exposed timber frame details, walk-in showers or freestanding roll-top baths and stunning views. You’ll struggle to leave until it’s time to socialise! Downstairs, the open-plan living area is what dreams are made of. Think deep sofas, comfy throws and an iconic Ergo Focus wood-burning stove - perfect for chilly evenings.

Dine with Your Dog

A self-catering property, the open plan kitchen has all the mod-cons you’ll need and you can prearrange to have the cupboards and fridge fully stocked for your arrival (at an extra cost). If you don’t fancy cooking – then you can hire the resident chef to come and cook some delicious fare for you. If you do want to venture out, there are a number of dog-friendly pubs, including The King’s Head in Yoxford and The Bell in Saxmundham. And if you find somewhere that is not so pet-welcoming, your furry friend can be left in the property unattended.
