King Louis’ Christmas Cinnamon Snowball Biscuits

I am fortunate that King Louis is happy to eat anything and everything! However, I do like to keep a close eye on his diet and try to keep him grain free as there are many health benefits. These yummy biscuits can be enjoyed by any dog… Time to grab your apron and wooden spoon, and get baking!
This recipe makes approx. 18 biscuits.
Ingredients:
3 cups coconut flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup water
2 cups of greek yogurt super free
Method:
Step One:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees
Step Two:
Lightly grease a baking tray or use baking parchment paper
Step Three:

In a large bowl, mix together the coconut flour and cinnamon to nicely combined
Step Four:

Mix in the oil, maple syrup and water; cover the bowl with a tea-towel and leave the mixture to sit for 15 minutes
Step Five:
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about a 1/4-inch thick
Step Six:

Start breaking away parts of the dough and gently roll into individual balls
Step Seven:

Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden and firm
Step Eight:
Place them onto a cooling rack for about 30minutes or until cool
Step Nine:

Gently roll the cookie balls one at a time, into a bowl of yogurt until thinly coated and put back on backing tray
Step Ten:
Place the tray with your yogurt coated cookie balls on into the freezer and leave for one hour
And you are ready to serve up a delicious treat to your pooch pal!
