Wonderful hotel in prime location with fantastic staff
Our recent stay at the Burlington Hotel, Folkestone was extremely enjoyable from start to finish. The young lady behind reception was very welcoming and very helpful. Our room upgrade was fantastic, top floor and fantastic views over the sea. The restaurant was lovely, spotlessly clean and the food was amazing and the cocktails in the bar were top notch. The young gentleman behind the bar was very knowledgable and gave fantastic recommendations. Only criticism is the 1 lift needs updating, I did not feel safe. Would stay there again 100%.

Defects not sorted
Everything was fine although we did report no sound on tv/radio and towel rail bathroom not working.
Not sure if radio was sorted by their staff or myself in the end as no one advbised us if it had been fixed.
The towel rail was never fixed and again not one advised if they had tried.
