Drumossie Hotel

Sadly disappointing stay with poor service and no recognition of the package booked.

We had booked a package deal that on arrival was not referred to, along with it including a drink on arrival that was not given, plus a three course meal for 2 and breakfast the following day. When challenged about where our arrival drink was, we were told we could have a pre dinner drink foc instead, which was then put on our bill, along with a service charge for the included meal we had in the restaurant. When challenged about the charge for the drinks eventually 2 glasses of wine were removed from the bill. Breakfast service was extremely slow. The room was basic and had a shower door that you had to force open. The staff were young and inexperienced and lacked any knowledge of what they were doing. It was a very poor stay and not worth the terminology of Country Hotel Break.

Sch nes Hotel mit zuvorkommenden Personal

Wir sind relativ sp t am Abend beim Drumossie Hotel angekommen. An diesem Tag hatten wir einen Ausflug zur Isle of Skye gemacht und waren im Wandergewand unterwegs. Meiner Meinung nach waren wir nicht entsprechend gekleidet f r das Abendessen. Ich fragte an der Rezeption noch ob wir wirklich so essen gehen d rften und ich fand es sehr toll, dass die Rezeptionistin sagte, dass dies kein Problem sei! Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker und auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gem tlich. Ich m chte auf diesem Wege sagen, dass unser Urlaub in Schottland bis dato der sch nste Seightseeing Urlaub war und wir werden wieder kommen! Dieses entschleunigte Leben, die Natur und vor allem diese Freundlichkeit der Landsleute haben wir sehr genossen. Danke f r den sch nen Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel!
