Tranquil Hideaway
Stayed here on a four night break to celebrate our anniversary on a gourmet break. A small family run hotel with all family members "actively" involved and fantastic staff who are really friendly and helpful.
The food here is excellent with a varied menu that has some changes on a daily basis. Try for a sea view which is best from the top floor.
We think that this was an exceptional find and we are sure to return!

Lovely stay
I booked a 3 night stay to celebrate my Husband's birthday and my recent retirement. We had a lovely room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The room was on the first floor and although there is no lift, the stairs were manageable with a sturdy bannister so my mobility problems were not too bad. We had a split en-suite, with a bath, shower and double basin in one part, which was up one step and a loo and basin in the other part, thankfully this was level with the bedroom and no steps, which made life a bit easier. There was a distant sea view from our room, we were blessed with good weather throughout which really helped us enjoy our visit.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the food, there was a good selection and some variations in the menus each evening, which sometimes we have found with other hotels can remain the same night after night. If you have a restricted diet for any reason, that can result in having the same thing endlessly, but we like the fact that although we were booked in for the main menu, you could also pick from the alternative menu if you fancied something else. Breakfast was enormous, I was unable to manage a full breakfast 3 mornings running.
Although it was quite expensive, the deal from offpeakluxury meant that we had a good deal at a fantastic hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
