You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a relaxed supper with your dog by your side in the bar or out on the sunny terrace, well-behaved pets are welcome to dine al fresco while you soak up those beautiful sea views.
If you prefer a more formal dining experience, your pup can rest comfortably in your room while you indulge in a fine-dining feast in the restaurant, the team are always on hand to ensure both two- and four-legged guests are perfectly looked after.
Please note that the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday all year round, there is no evening bar service on these days. Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday is continental only.

Excellent
Stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Prearranged flowers and balloons were placed in our room prior to arrival and was a surprise for my wife. The hotel was fully aware of the special occasion and all staff congratulated us and made a special point of marking the occasion, including receiving a plate of additional petit fours served on a plate decorated in chocolate congratulating us on our anniversary, which was a nice touch and greatly appreciated.
We had an room at the top of the hotel in the eaves, which did cause some concern prior to arrival, but the room was spacious and came with its own roof terrace together with wicker sofa and table, which we made use of one afternoon.
The restaurant food was excellent, though COVID restrictions applied and some slight delays were inevitable, this did not detract from the efficiency of the staff. The food was always of the highest quality and I would encourage anyone considering to eat at the hotel to do so.
All of the staff were very knowledgeable in their respective areas and all very friendly, even those who had the misfortune of delivering our champagne breakfast on the morning of our anniversary!
I cannot recommend Orestone Manor highly enough and will look forward to returning in the near future.

Food excellent, wonderful fish. Very good breakfast. All staff very helpful and understanding. Lovely!!

How to get here
Approaching from Teignmouth
On the A379 (signposted Torquay), look for the Torquay sign (stay with main road and do not follow signs for Maidencombe Village and beach) and one mile further on, turn 'acute left' into Rockhouse Lane. There is a signpost to the hotel on the main A379 road at the top of Rockhouse Lane.
From Torquay
Follow the A379 (signposted Teignmouth) up Watcombe Hill. Then watch for Brunel Manor and turn right down Rockhouse Lane approximately 50 yards further on.
