You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a relaxed supper with your dog by your side in the bar or out on the sunny terrace, well-behaved pets are welcome to dine al fresco while you soak up those beautiful sea views.
If you prefer a more formal dining experience, your pup can rest comfortably in your room while you indulge in a fine-dining feast in the restaurant, the team are always on hand to ensure both two- and four-legged guests are perfectly looked after.
Please note that the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday all year round, there is no evening bar service on these days. Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday is continental only.

anniversary break
gourmet break for our anniversary. staff were welcoming and helpful, organised flowers from my husband. The food was wonderful and we had a plate with anniversary wishes and truffles on the actual day. They were really well organised and safe with their covid systems.
Birthday mini break
We stayed in one of the spa lodges. It was lovely to come back late afternoon and hop in the hot tub. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing and we were looked after well. Social distancing measures were in place and we felt safe at all times.
Loved it
An amazing break, really enjoyed the stay even if only short. All of the staff made us feel really welcome, a real nice break from the norm.

How to get here
Approaching from Teignmouth
On the A379 (signposted Torquay), look for the Torquay sign (stay with main road and do not follow signs for Maidencombe Village and beach) and one mile further on, turn 'acute left' into Rockhouse Lane. There is a signpost to the hotel on the main A379 road at the top of Rockhouse Lane.
From Torquay
Follow the A379 (signposted Teignmouth) up Watcombe Hill. Then watch for Brunel Manor and turn right down Rockhouse Lane approximately 50 yards further on.
