Great staff hit and miss food
We stayed 3 nights the staff were super friendly room great cleaned to a basic level not cleaned one day
Re food very up and down one night very good next two days like night and day the cooked breakfast very poorly done
The beers selection poor
If could sort the catering to a consistent level would absolutely transform the enjoyment of the stay
No review title
Our room was noisy at night which disturbed sleep - reported to reception on departure. The service in the dining room was poor. Breakfast buffet table was very poor. Dinner menu was limited with dishes 'selling out'. I object to the 'discretionary' service charge and would not pay it in future. Lax Covid precautions - particularly at breakfast. Reception, bar and concierge staff were appropriate. It is such a missed opportunity as the location is excellent.
The overall rating reflects the poor dining experiences.
Overpriced
Rooms fairly basic, strange set up as have to walk through restaurant to the bar. Food was basic. Well overpriced compared to other spas.
