Very expensive Hotel.
The Breakfast service was very slow.45mins from ordering cooked breakfast to it arriving at our table!
Everything on the side is very expensive and over valued.
Disappointed
Very disappointed due to the poor quality of the food at lunch and dinner. Breakfast was good so I presume a different chef.
The staff throughout the hotel are pleasant and very helpful, we had no complaints in this area.
Adele in the Spa was super efficient and a credit to the hotel.
Not as special as we had hoped
Disappointed. We felt that it was overpriced for what we got. There needs to be more attention to detail. Dining room in particular was disappointing especially when they were busy. Food was ok but not amazing. Swimming pool is very good and the location is stunning. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
