Lovely hotel, great welcome and upgraded on arrival. Only negative was bar area was a little small and lacked atmosphere.
Very enjoyable stay & relaxing
Loved the terrace outside our room made our few days away feel like a real holiday away. Friendly staff on hand to help with anything we needed.
Feedback
Enjoyed our stay. However I think they may have been short staffed in bar and restaurant. Waited over half an hour to order a drink on the outside terrace and this was after another guest had been in to the bar to explain several people were waiting to order drinks on the terrace. I ordered steak for dinner and were advised that they had no chips left, this also happened to another guest. I don t think that is acceptable as they don t take that long to cook whilst starters are been served. However we did enjoy our stay and would visit again.
