Excellent mini break
We had a two night mini-break in late February - the staff are wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. They all took the time to chat and make sure you were having a good time. The spa was lovely - the treatments were fabulous. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Another Day Fantastic Stay
This is the fourth time my husband and I have stayed at the Raithwaite Estate Hotel. We find it s location superb, so near to Sandsend yet very convenient to Whitby and the Estate offers an opportunity for a stroll through lovely gardens and grounds.
On arrival you are welcomed by the Concierge who directs you to reception and to your room, giving you all the information you need for your stay. The room has always been very clean and tidy and an impressive size with a very large bathroom (yes a bath and very large shower)
The main treat for me during our stay is the Spa and the swimming pool, time to relax and have some me time. The bar is welcoming and friendly and a comfortable space to eat or drink. The restaurant staff are so efficient and friendly and you are made to feel so special as they serve you excellent food.
