Overall review

You have only asked for us to grade on the restaurant and not the food. Unfortunately out of our 4 night stay we had to complain about the evening meal on two of those nights. Tuesday night the fillet steak was requested to be medium rare, it was actually like a piece of dried up leather and returned to the kitchen, the replacement steak was cooked as requested. Wednesday night, the sirloin steak was again not cooked as requested medium rare, the replacement steak unfortunately wasn't cooked as requested but we accepted it, as we didn't want to cause anymore of a scene. (This meal was taken of the bill, although we had already paid for dbb with a 25 allowance per person per night). We found the menu limited and the gluten free selection even more so. The restaurant staff were very good and we would have marked them higher if wasn't for the chefs standard of cooking. All the staff we met were very friendly and obliging. We would stay again as the location is lovely and our room was lovely but not on a dbb rate.

Excellent Staff

From walking throught the held door to leaving the staff and whole experience was nothing short of perfect, nobody would be disappointed to stay here!
Cocktails and evening meal exceptional!
