What a fantastic find. We wanted a short break where we could Norton filled all our expectations. What was most obvious was the happiness of all the staff and how that radiated through to the guests. Whether they were busy or not, they always had time for a chat which we find interesting as we are keen to learn the culture of other countries. The room was lovely with great views and the comfort of the . The food in the restaurant was stunning,well presented and absolutely delicious. We will certainly return some point soon.

Hotel beautiful. Very tranquil surroundings- open fire would have been the cherry on the top.

Room was ok - beds comfy, all facilities great - only down side was the noisy generator all night and room smelt damp and mould in window.

Husbands 70th Birthday
After spending all day on my husbands' birthday stuck in traffic on the M5 it was great to arrive at the hotel at last. When we checked in we were too late for our cream tea but were told we were able to have it the following day. Our room was excellent, spacious and light overlooking the gardens which were beautiful. The history behind the hotel was very interesting and it had many original features still there. We look forward to staying again.
