Initial disappointment but got better
Arrived at the hotel had to wait half an hour after the check in time before being allocated room 402 in the Peartree mews complex,the room turned out to be insufferably hot and with no air conditioning built into the complex was totally unacceptable Asked at reception if they could supply at least a fan ,but none was available.Reception was finally able to provide room 313 which was acceptable Thanks to the receptionist and cleaning staff for finding a usable room.There were no other issues

A bit disappointed that the cold tap in the basin was almost hanging off and hard to use and there was also a bulb out in the central room light.Apart from that room ok.Also receptionists,although very pleasant and helpful were not wearing masks when we arrived and no screen on reception desk?The final bill was also 300 overcharged when we checked out as the rpackage booked had not been put on system.It was all sorted out quickly but shouldn't really happen. It was not a cheap break anyway and as usual hotel drinks very expensive.However we did really enjoy our short time away.
