A delightful place and our second visit !
The food is quite expensive but good
Nice Xmas break away
Lovely surroundings very impressive looking hotel ,this hotel was beautiful .staff were very nice in the resteraunt. I just thought it lacked warmth if they had lite the coal fires it would have been a better ambiance.the dinning room was cosy the food was good I m just surprised being such a nice hotel no one seem to dress for dinner but it may be as business people use it but it never put us of.could have been more lighting in garden at night but perhaps with currant situation there will be cut backs.rooms were spacious our bathroom radiator didn t work at all and we did mention it but no one fixed it and again it s a very minor thing again there very busy.
All in all very pleasant stay.
Lovely and welcoming
Lovely hotel, excellent food. We stayed in a Pear Tree Mews room, which was lovely and quiet. The only thing I would say is that the wardrobe/cupboards didn't really sit well in the room, far too modern and cheap looking. And the plug sockets were something to behold, as the only UK one was on the floor at the end of the room which meant we had to boil the kettle on the floor. Overall though, a lovely stay and we would return.
